With the Salt-Away Direct Injection Kit fitted to your boat, you only need to flush your engine for 30 seconds to protect it from salt damage and corrosion. You can flush the engine in salt water, and you don’t have to leave the helm!

Designed for use with all inboard and inboard/outboard (stern leg) motors, the Salt-Away Direct Injection Kit will save you time and maintenance costs on your boat’s motor. You just flush your engine for 30 seconds after every use. Ideal for use in moored boats, the Salt-Away Direct Injection Kit comes ready to install with all wiring and tubing. Easy to install for twin engines with one remote kit plus one manual kit required.

Salt-Away is the most concentrated salt removing product avail- able. 1 litre will make up to 512 litres of wash. Using our Mixer Unit and 40 mls of Salt-Away, this will flush your engine, wash the salt off your boat, trailer, trailer brakes and fishing gear (up to 8 metres in length), for as little as $1.15. Salt-Away breaks down & removes salt build-up with repeated use, and can safely be used on all metals, fibreglass, paint, rub- ber, plastic, chrome, glass, concrete, brick or any surface ex- posed to salt.

Remote Control Kit

The Salt-Away Direct Injection Kit comes ready to install with an easy to follow instruction manual. Avail- able with a T fitting for most common water couplings and 5 metres of 6mm 150psi tubing to connect the reservoir to the T fitting. No wiring is needed forward of the motor as you control the unit remotely using the remote control supplied, which attaches to your keyring.

The Salt-Away Direct Injection Kit will connect to 12V or 24V power, and has an adjustable regulating valve.

Once installed all you need to do is keep the reservoir topped up with Salt-Away concentrate and flush your engine for 30 seconds after every use.

The Salt-Away Direct Injection Kit can also be pur- chased without the remote control unit, but this will require wiring to the manual switch supplied.
