FUEL POLISHING
The fuel polishing process is made up of a De-bug unit, the UV light, filter and separator. We will run the fuel through the system a minimum of 3 times to ensure a through clean and polish.
- When we set the rig up the engineer will take great care to ensure that all connections are secure.
- As the diesel passes through the polishing system it will pass through 2 de-bug units, a UV light, a system that separates out the water, lastly it all goes through a 1 micron filter.
- The on-site setup on the rig takes about an hour and a half with another hour at the end to disassemble and clean-up.
